1. Drive northward (toward Vernon) using Hwy 97 from the Kelowna Airport.

2. Entering the City of Vernon, continue on 97, downhill, passing the hospital. Come to the intersection at the bottom of this hill (25th Ave.) – turn Right at these lights.

3. The very next set of lights will have an overhead highway sign indicating “Lumby (6) South”- turn Right at these lights.

  

4. Continue on this road out of Vernon. At the 3-way intersection containing railway tracks – turn Left and proceed to Lumby.

5. Entering the Town of Lumby – you will see a RED FLASHING STOP LIGHT – and a highway sign indicating “Mabel Lake (South End)” - turn Left.

6. Continue through the residential area. The road will curve - stay to the Left and pass the school, eventually leaving the town of Lumby.

  
7. Continue on this road you will eventually cross the river on a bridge (hydro-dam). Immediately after crossing, there is a fork in the road - stay to the Left. 82 km

8.After approximately 15 minutes, watch for the Alive Resort sign on the right side - turn Right. (If you reach Mabel Lake, you’ve missed the Resort turn-off).

9. Follow the road uphill – Resort signs will guide you to our parking area. Drive to the circle and you will be assisted with your luggage.

  

 
Traveling Southbound to Alive Resort via Vernon:

1. Enter the City of Vernon via Hwy 97. Continue through the city on 97 until the intersection of 25th Ave. – turn Left at these lights.
 
2. Continue to Alive Resort by using the directions for road travel from Kelowna – starting at #3 (see above)

 
From Calgary to Vernon:

1. Hwy 1 West to Sicamous, south on Hwy 97B (becomes Hwy 97) to Vernon.

2. From Salmon Arm to Vernon: south on Hwy 97A (becomes Hwy 97) to Vernon.

3. From Kamloops to Vernon: Hwy 1 East to Hwy 97 South to Vernon.
